• Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Experience with CRM systems.
