Role Overview: This position oversees store operations in the absence of management to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor associate adherence to policies and procedures.Operate cashier registers and handle customer concerns efficiently.Conduct regular inspections of store areas, providing feedback to managers.Manage store closing procedures and maintain store security.Assist customers by knowing product locations and maintaining a well-stocked, clean store.Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.Perform assigned tasks across departments based on customer needs.Complete administrative duties like time clock maintenance when necessary. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma preferred.Experience in retail or related fields is preferred.Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and basic math skills.Knowledge of suggestive selling and product locations.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally; stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods; work in varied store temperatures and environments.
