About the role
This position oversees store operations in the absence of management to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to company policies by associates
- Operate cashier and courtesy desk, address customer issues
- Conduct store inspections and provide feedback
- Manage store closing procedures and safety protocols
- Assist customers with product locations and maintain store appearance
- Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines
- Perform additional tasks as assigned based on customer needs
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail or related experience preferred
- Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Knowledge of product placement and suggestive selling
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
