This position involves overseeing store operations in the absence of management to ensure efficiency and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring associate adherence to policies
• Handling customer service at cashier and courtesy desks
• Conducting inspections
• Maintaining store safety and cleanliness
• Closing the store (as required)
• Managing time clock functions
• Assisting customers with product locations
• Ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, and guest experience standards
• Performing tasks in other departments as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma (preferred)
• Retail experience (preferred)
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills
• Detail‑oriented approach
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capable of standing, walking, and working in varied environments
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
