What you’ll do:
- Scheduling inspections for the departments: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Drain & Sewer.
- Pulling permits for work to be completed in corresponding city.
- Cordination of homeowner, city inspector, and license official to perform municipal inspections.
- Communicating with the license technician to schedule any follow-ups as needed.
How will success be measured:
- Ability to keep the backlog inspection down.
- Satisfying inspectional service requirement.
Minimal Requirements:
- Experience in pulling permits and scheduling inspections.
- Self-Starter.
- Team Player.
- Outgoing.
- Highly organizational skills.
- Communicational skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Able to multi-tasks
- Experience in scheduling.
