About the role
As a Permanent LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), you will provide clinical social work services in a variety of settings within the Social Services department. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- LCSW license in Missouri
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical social work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
