Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services in an acute care setting.
- Assess and address the psychosocial needs of patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document patient progress in the hospital Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Requirements
- Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Minimum 4 years of recent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) experience.
- Recent acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Ability to work across multiple inpatient units.
- Experience with hospital Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems required.
