Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Weekly Pay

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support, care coordination, and case management for pediatric patients and families.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during care conferences.
• Support clients with psychosocial needs, including risk assessments for suicide, self-harm, and behavioral health issues.
• Ensure documentation in Epic EMR and adhere to NASW ethical standards.
• Float to other UCSF facilities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Active LCSW license.
• Minimum of 2 years recent LCSW experience.
• Recent pediatric, outpatient clinic, and case management experience.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
• Experience in a teaching hospital setting.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
