Travel Licensed Social Worker (LSW) - Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Conducting suicide risk assessments
• SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment)
• Substance assessments
• Engaging in discharge planning

Requirements

• Typical patient load ratio of 1 social worker to 40 patients
• Strong communication skills and adaptability across units
• Experience in behavioral health, palliative care, and goals of care conversations preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Active Colorado license
• BLS certification required

Qualifications

• BLS certification
• Pharmacology knowledge
• Completion of Skills Checklist
• Passing Specialty Exam
