Role & Responsibilities
- Provide sole coverage during weekend shifts in a hospital setting.
- Utilize hospital and EPIC experience to deliver social work services.
- Contact for additional support as needed.
- Support is available for guidance and collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid social work license (LSW).
- Experience with hospital environments and EPIC system.
- Strong communication and independent working skills.
Key Duties
- Cover weekend shifts from 9am to 5pm, totaling 16 hours weekly.
- Ensure quality patient support and social work services during assigned hours.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and contacts for support when necessary.
