Requirements
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of California
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial assessment, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and community resources
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
