Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services in a hospital setting.
• Assess and address the psychosocial needs of patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of clinical social work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Knowledge of clinical social work practice and ethical standards.
