Responsibilities
- Functions as a resource person to Case Managers and agency resource families about adoption and permanency issues
- Works with foster care and adoptive families regarding adoption and permanency issues
- Affords SWAN services to families and children
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred within the human service field and/or two years’ experience working with children and/or families
- Valid Driver’s License
- State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances are required for this position and will be paid for by the agency
