About the role
The role involves providing support to families in need of permanency through counseling, advocacy, and coordination of services.
Responsibilities
- Counseling families facing challenges related to family permanency
- Advocating for the best interests of children and families
- Coordinating services such as housing, education, and healthcare
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to relevant parties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in family services or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Effective time management and organizational skills

Pay
$30 - $35 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
