Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to join our team in Waldorf, MD.

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation program, ensuring patient care quality, and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation program
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Monitor and improve patient outcomes
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• PTA or COTA certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rehabilitation or related field
• Experience in managing a rehabilitation program
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
