About the role
The Perioperative Assistant supports the peri-operative unit by preparing operating rooms for surgical procedures, assisting in surgical patient positioning, cleaning operating/procedure rooms after surgical and GI procedures, cleaning and disinfecting equipment, assisting in transporting patients within the department and throughout the hospital, stocking medical and patient care supplies throughout the department, and ensuring surgical attire is stocked.
Requirements
- Current and valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Qualifications
- Previous in an OR strongly preferred

$23.00-$25.00/hr
