Periodontal Dental Assistant/Dental Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Genuinely welcome patients into the practice
• Aid the Periodontist with dental procedures using four-handed dentistry
• Thoroughly review and update the patient’s health history
• Sterilize instruments according to OSHA regulations
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
• Provide post-operative care instructions
• Step into a dental patient coordinator role as needed

Requirements

• Certified Dental Assistant or Dental Assistant with previous experience in any specialty
• X-Ray Certification required
• Active CPR or BLS certification required
• Certified Dental Assistant and previous Dental Patient Coordinator experience preferred

Pay

$23-$26/hr, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance.

Schedule

Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:45am-4pm
