Perinatal Therapist

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to pregnant and postpartum clients
- Support clients experiencing PMADs, postpartum depression/anxiety, birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy loss, and parenting adjustment challenges
- Maintain 65% face-to-face productivity through direct clinical services and crisis intervention
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans
- Provide case management, care coordination, and follow-up for assigned caseload
- Collaborate with external providers and interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure continuity of care
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards
- Provide psychoeducation, risk screenings, and referrals for psychiatric or substance use services as needed
- Participate in supervision, trainings, meetings, community outreach, and other assigned duties
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- LSW/LAC required, LCSW/LPC preferred or Licensed Psychologist
- 1 year post-masters experience, or 2 years experience in a mental health/substance abuse setting
- Knowledge of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders strongly preferred
- Experience working with pregnant/postpartum individuals, children, and families preferred
- Training in perinatal mental health or PMH-C certification preferred but not required
- Experience with CBT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, or trauma-focused interventions
- Experience facilitating support groups or parenting groups preferred
