This is a remote, work-from-home position that requires initial training and periodic onsite team events at our facilities in Owatonna, MN or Syracuse, NY. The role involves 25% travel to our Dealer partners.

We are seeking a Performing Arts Dealer Program Leader to achieve sales and profit goals by managing overall Performing Arts Dealer relationships while working cross-functionally to meet team and company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a competitive Performing Arts Dealer Program to improve market penetration and drive profitable growth
- Determine, execute, and report on program pricing strategy
- Define all products and services provided to Dealers and identify opportunities for expansion
- Establish territories, coverage, and potential for product or service exclusivity
- Determine, measure, and report on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure transparent relationships between Sales and Performing Arts Dealers
- Terminate Performing Arts Dealers/Partners that do not meet KPIs or support Wenger Corporation
- Train Dealers/Partners on product and sales techniques
- Coordinate as the point person for all Performing Arts Sales Bids (Regional/State/District)
- Achieve annual Order Intake and Sales Objectives while meeting or exceeding company profit goals
- Work with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Partner with Marketing to develop and implement Sales & Marketing Campaigns with Dealer partners
- Adhere to and follow Wenger sales processes
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, and market competitors
- Travel as needed to meet and work with Performing Arts Dealer partners
- Collaborate with Executive leadership to help develop sales budgets and strategic plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant Wenger Corporation work experience
- Ten (10) years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
