Responsibilities
- Setup and manage paid search and social campaigns for a variety of clients.
- Execute test and learn campaigns to identify optimization insights.
- Ensure client budgets are being utilized effectively.
- Collaborate with the broader strategic planning team on budget setting, plan development, and competitive trending.
- Create trafficking documents and timelines, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Lead the pre- and post-launch QA process for paid search and social media campaigns.
- Lead daily pacing and optimization of campaign performance within self-serve platforms.
- Build, optimize, and report on search and social campaigns through dashboard reporting and larger QBRs.
- Manage and execute test-and-learn (A/B) programs to identify audience and creative optimization insights.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for all things digital.
- Strong experience with execution in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Search Ads 360, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Background managing Google, Performance Max, Bing, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Detail-oriented manager and self-starter with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Enjoy multi-tasking and managing multiple client accounts.
