Hover is seeking a performance marketing manager to drive user growth via paid channels. Key responsibilities include:

• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Focus on new user acquisition and lead generation.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Launch ad creative and landing pages, analyze results, and report findings.
• Support reporting and attribution infrastructure.
• Work with data and engineering teams to improve channel attribution and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform developments.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns with 7-digit monthly budgets.
• In-depth knowledge of Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with high-velocity creative development, tracking, and analysis.
• Experience working with a creative team to generate new ad concepts and variations.
• Experience working with data and engineering teams to improve channel attribution and reporting.
• Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms such as Branch and Appsflyer.
• Knowledge of web and mobile app tracking methodologies.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
