Responsibilities
- Crafting and managing a multi-million dollar paid search budget to achieve acquisition and revenue goals.
- Serve as the primary owner of performance marketing agency relationship, holding them accountable to cost, revenue, and efficiency metrics across tactics and campaigns.
- Cultivate daily interactions with vendors to align paid campaign strategies with business objectives.
- Design and oversee test plans for search ad copy and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Analyze search marketing data to develop insights and determine effective optimization strategies.
- Conduct regular search engine optimization audits to uncover opportunities and improve organic rankings.
- Collaborate with Agile and UX teams as the SEO authority to ensure new content meets optimization standards.
- Mentor Digital Marketing Specialists, fostering expertise and guiding performance in line with departmental goals.
