Performance Marketing Coordinator
Campaign Setup & Execution
Create ad plans in standardized templates for client approval, based on information provided by the Performance Marketing & Content Teams.
Build paid search, paid social media and programmatic campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt and other advertising channels.
Implement campaign settings, audiences, budgets, tracking and creative based on approved ad plans.
Perform quality assurance checks before and after campaigns launch to ensure accuracy.
Campaign Operations
Monitor active campaigns for delivery, pacing and platform issues.
Complete daily, weekly and monthly ad account checks.
Aid with budget pacing and spend tracking across client campaigns.
Troubleshoot basic campaign and tracking issues, escalating when appropriate.
Data Compilation & Report Production
Gather and compile performance data for all performance marketing clients via reporting tools (Agency Analytics, Meta, Google, Bing, etc.).
Accurately input data into standardized reporting templates and provide a high-level summary of the results for the account lead.
Manage the logistics of the reporting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and proper formatting of routine reports.
Maintain organized files and documentation related to report history.
Client Account Support
Manage a portfolio of lower-complexity paid media accounts with guidance from senior team members.
Execute campaign updates, monitor performance and ensure client goals are being met.
Build confidence managing accounts independently while taking on increasingly complex campaigns over time.
Performance Marketing Support
Conduct research on performance marketing, including new platform features, algorithm changes and best practices to inform the team’s strategies.
Assist with campaign research, competitive analysis and audience research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field (or currently pursuing/recent graduate).
- Demonstrated experience or ability to quickly learn digital reporting tools and advertising platforms, including Agency Analytics, Meta, Google, etc.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including paid search, paid social and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for formatting and accuracy.
- Ability to conduct thorough research, accurately summarize complex information and cite sources when compiling reports or trend documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving routine challenges.
- Interest in learning about performance marketing and analytics.
- Nice-to-haves:
- Prior experience or internships in advertising, communications or marketing agency setting.
- Experience with Canva.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience or coursework related to digital advertising.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics or other digital marketing tools.
Pay
Market-competitive base salary between $48,000 and $50,000, with the final amount determined by the candidates' experience and qualifications.
