Performance Improvement Analyst (Full Time, Day Shift)

Responsibilities

• Manages and aligns data from multiple resources to effectively and efficiently prepare reports and statistical analysis.
• Creates analytical reports to identify and monitor activities.
• Identifies and summarizes information collected for identification of patterns, trends and individual cases requiring more intensive evaluation.
• Consults with intra and interdepartmental personnel to review, interpret and improve data/statistical analysis and reporting for improving decision-making.
• Deploys and supports all phases of organizational projects and initiatives and to guide teams and departments to successful implementation.
• Serves as data consultant and participates in organizational improvement teams focusing on quality and performance improvement studies as required.
• Helps prepare and creates graphs of results for external audit applications.
• Supports the organization’s internal performance assessments as a certified auditor.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education and Work Experience: Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
• Three years' related experience: Preferred
