Performance Improvement Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult on transformational Performance Improvement initiatives and projects to accelerate achievement of results.
• Provide analysis, consultation, gap assessment, team facilitation, and idea generation.
• Accelerate dissemination of successful practices and provide recommendations for organizational continuous improvement.
• Deliver results in practical, significant, and measurable methods/improvements.
• Lead complex and large-scale Lean Six Sigma Projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Four years of healthcare experience in at least one of the following: Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Radiology Technician, or Laboratory Technician.
• Four years of healthcare revenue cycle performance improvement experience as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Four years of healthcare technical experience with at least one of the following: EPIC Electronic Health Record, EPIC Prelude, EPIC Resolute, EPIC Clarity, EPIC Cogito, or EPIC Cadence.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified; maintains certification as required by certifying agency (e.g., American Society for Quality).
• Tableau Desktop Certification or obtain within one year of hire.
• Maintains licensure or certification as applicable to the experience section of this job description.
