About the role
The Neighbor team is seeking a high-performing individual to lead our paid creative engine. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative strategy and production operations to drive exceptional ad performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Mine customer research, reviews, CX feedback, and ad performance data to inform winning concepts
- Create persona-based messaging for hosts and renters, and craft direct-response copy
- Develop and execute creative briefs, manage the production pipeline, and oversee the UGC pipeline
- Run creative testing and publish learning recaps for the team to act on
- Create a library of learnings and leverage AI tools throughout the workflow
- Collaborate closely with the media buyer to optimize ad performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or growth marketing, preferably with Meta as a primary channel
- Proven track record of driving results with breakthrough work, including specific examples of successful campaigns or accounts
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills and fluency in paid social and creative analytics
- Experience managing a creative production pipeline, including briefs, creators, editors, and deadlines
- Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain organizational efficiency across multiple projects
Nice to have
- Hands-on editing or design skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Figma)
- Experience sourcing and managing user-generated content (UGC) creators
- Experience with AI-native production workflows and a background in consumer psychology or direct-response marketing
