About the role

As a Performance Capability Project Lead: Onboarding and Performance, you will be responsible for continuous improvement of sales onboarding processes and tools. Additionally, you will develop, deploy, maintain, and improve sales enablement tools for the sales organization.

Location: Remote with up to 30% travel (must live in one of the approved states).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver projects based on expertise in Onboarding or Performance – Sales Tools.
  • Lead needs assessments with stakeholders to identify gaps and benchmark against industry sales enablement trends.
  • Collaborate across the sales organization with key stakeholders.
  • Create communication plans for deployment of project outputs.
  • Partner with HR to continuously improve onboarding tools and resources related to the PDS system.
  • Develop processes for continuous improvement of tools, resources, and training related to onboarding.
  • Lead project teams focused on training, onboarding, and sales enablement tools.
  • Seek feedback from customers to ensure projects meet needs, drive improvements, and enable behavior change.
  • Implement best practices in project management to enhance effectiveness in the project lead role.
  • Prioritize work to complete high-priority projects on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales enablement and project management experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Record of successful leadership.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and curriculum development.

Pay

The annual salary range for this role is $86,534 - $129,800. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.

Roles within the Commercial and Sales team may be eligible for additional compensation, such as car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, commissions, and/or annual bonuses. Ask your recruiter for details about the total package for this role.
