About the Role

This is a remote position with up to 30% travel required. You will lead continuous improvement projects focused on sales onboarding processes and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver projects in onboarding or performance (sales tools).
  • Lead needs assessments with stakeholders to identify gaps and benchmark against industry sales enablement trends.
  • Collaborate across the sales organization with key stakeholders.
  • Create communication plans for project deployment.
  • Partner with HR to improve onboarding tools and resources related to the PDS system.
  • Develop processes for continuous improvement of tools, resources, and training related to onboarding.
  • Lead project teams focused on training, onboarding, and sales enablement tools.
  • Gather feedback from customers to ensure projects meet needs, drive improvements, and enable behavior change.
  • Implement best practices in project management to enhance effectiveness.
  • Prioritize work to complete high-priority projects on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales enablement and project management experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven record of successful leadership.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and curriculum development.
