About the role
As a Performance Analyst at Kalos, you will bridge the gap between data science and physical coaching. You'll interpret DEXA scan results to design individualized, A/B-style training experiments and coach high-performing members toward quantifiable improvements. This hybrid role requires deep analytical thinking, athletic credibility, and the ability to manage premium client relationships in a results-oriented environment.

What you will do
- Analyze DEXA scan data and health metrics to architect evidence-based training programs focused on body recomposition and peak performance.
- Conduct high-touch one-on-one coaching sessions, both in-person and virtually, to drive measurable outcomes in strength and physical health.
- Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to refine training methodologies and manage consistent, professional relationships with a demanding client base.
Qualifications
- Possesses 2-3 years of experience in a high-pressure environment like consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Deloitte), tech sales, or operations, combined with elite athletic experience.
- Demonstrates strong quantitative ability, feeling as comfortable interpreting complex numerical data and percentages as they are coaching a heavy deadlift.
- Exhibits a deep passion for quantified-self technologies, including VO₂ max testing, glucose monitoring, and AI-driven health tools, ideally backed by a selective university degree.
