Responsibilities
- Administer medication under the Medication Administration Program (MAP)
- Implement treatment plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as household chores and cooking
- Provide transportation for outings like shopping and doctor’s appointments
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field preferred
- Prior Human Services experience
- Strong time management and writing skills
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid US drivers’ license for at least 6 months and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle (unless based in Metro Boston Area)
- CPR, First Aid, and MAP certifications within 2 weeks and 150 days of employment, respectively
- Pass CORI, reference, multi-state background, and driving record checks
