Per Diem Residential Counselor (Mental Health Services)

Responsibilities

• Administer medication under the Medication Administration Program (MAP)
• Implement treatment plans
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as household chores and cooking
• Provide transportation for outings like shopping and doctor’s appointments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field preferred
• Prior Human Services experience
• Strong time management and writing skills
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid US drivers’ license for at least 6 months and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle (unless based in Metro Boston Area)
• CPR, First Aid, and MAP certifications within 2 weeks and 150 days of employment, respectively
• Pass CORI, reference, multi-state background, and driving record checks

Qualifications
