Responsibilities
- Administer medication under the Medication Administration Program (MAP)
- Implement treatment plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as household chores and cooking
- Provide transportation for outings like shopping and doctor’s appointments
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field preferred
- Prior Human Services experience
- Strong time management and writing skills
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid US drivers’ license for at least 6 months and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle (unless position is based in the Metro Boston Area)
- CPR, First Aid, and MAP certification within specified timeframes
- Passing a CORI, reference, multi-state background, and driving record check
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with psychiatric conditions and behavioral health challenges
- Ability to build independence skills or increase quality of life for those served
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of community resources and services

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
