Per Diem Primary Care Provider (Casual Employee)

About the Role

Per diem clinician providing primary care in a hybrid setting, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits, both in-office and via telehealth. Collaborates daily with in-office and virtual teams, utilizing clinical training to perform procedures and deliver high-quality, human-centered care. Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in multiple states.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience).
• Licensed in CA and proficient in evidence-based primary care, technology use, and effective communication with diverse populations.
• Adaptable, team-oriented, open to feedback, and confident in navigating uncertain situations.
