Per Diem Primary Care Physician (Casual Employee)
About the role
See patients with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role); treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits; collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams; utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
Responsibilities
- Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
- Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing your specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Requirements
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- PRACTICED AT LEAST 2 OF THE LAST 5 YEARS IN AN OUTPATIENT PRIMARY CARE SETTING
- BOARD CERTIFIED IN FAMILY MEDICINE OR INTERNAL MEDICINE. IF NOT YET BOARD CERTIFIED, MUST BE A BOARD ELIGIBLE FAMILY MEDICINE OR INTERNAL MEDICINE RESIDENT, OR HAVE COMPLETED A FAMILY MEDICINE OR INTERNAL MEDICINE RESIDENCY PROGRAM WITHIN THE LAST CALENDAR YEAR AND SCHEDULED TO TAKE THE NEXT AVAILABLE BOARD EXAM
- STATE LICENSED IN ARIZONA, OBTAINED BEFORE YOUR ONE MEDICAL START DATE

Pay
$138.00 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits. Schedule
8-23 patient care hours per week based out of multiple office locations across Gilbert, Mesa and Queen Creek (Supporting our Dana Park, SanTan Village and Queen Creek offices).
