Per Diem Primary Care Physician (Casual Employee)

About the role
The role is a Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) located in Brickell, Miami, FL. Anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs.
Responsibilities
- See patients with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role).
- Treat patients in-office as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams.
- Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Florida.
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
- Thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
