As a Per Diem Paramedic with Riddle EMS, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team environment providing basic and life-support care in the field. Quick thinking is essential to evaluate and assess patient needs, delivering compassionate, emergent care to the community.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of pre-hospital advanced life support experience or equivalent
• High school graduate
• Successful completion of an approved EMT-Paramedic program or its equivalent
• Successful completion of an approved CCEMT-P Program or Critical Care Nursing Program

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of practical and written examinations administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Health
• Current Pennsylvania certification as an EMT-Paramedic or Pre-Hospital Nurse
• Current driver’s license valid in Pennsylvania (copy on file)
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications (copies on file)
• Hazmat Awareness certification
• EVOC/EMSVO certification
• Additional certifications encouraged: NREMT-P, PHTLS, BTLS, PALS, NALS, Firefighting 1 or equivalent
