Per diem OT, inpatient
About the role
Acute inpatient position working as part of an interdisciplinary team to perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide treatment for patients requiring Occupational Therapy services with a wide variety of diagnoses. Responsibilities include patient, family, and caregiver education, as well as completing all documentation to ensure accurate and timely information.
Candidate should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and flexibility, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license
- AHA BLS certification
Pay
$54.63 - $57.91 per hour (base hourly wage range governed by a collective bargaining agreement).
Schedule
Per diem with varied hours based on department needs.
Additional Information
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. All staff are required to be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
