Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the role

Seeking a primary care clinician for a per diem, hourly role in Downtown Seattle, with the flexibility to float to nearby clinics. Responsibilities include seeing patients with diverse needs through in-office and occasional tele-health visits, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams, utilizing clinical training for in-office procedures, and obtaining additional state licensure if needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing acute, chronic, and wellness care
• Conducting in-office and tele-health visits
• Collaborating with team members and participating in daily huddles
• Performing in-office procedures as appropriate
• Willingness to obtain licensure for virtual care in additional states

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Current license or ability to obtain licensure in Washington
• Board Certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Comfort with technology and data-driven care
• Passion for human-centered primary care and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
