Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the Role

Seeking a per diem primary care clinician to see patients in-office and via tele-health, providing a range of acute, chronic, and wellness visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits, including in-office procedures and tele-health sessions
• Collaborate with clinical teams through daily huddles and virtual meetings
• Utilize clinical expertise to deliver evidence-based care and manage diverse patient needs
• Maintain compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual teams
• Obtain necessary state licensure for virtual care in additional states

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years primary care experience
• Current or ability to obtain Washington state licensure
• Board certification

Pay

Hourly rate of $90.00, with potential additional pay based on experience.
