Per Diem LPN

Our Island Home, the Town’s nursing facility, seeks a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse to assist in providing direct patient care to residents in a compassionate and professional manner.

Requirements

• Currently licensed in Massachusetts and in good physical and mental health.
• Completion of an accredited nurse licensure program; or if licensed by waiver, must comply with regulations of the MA Department of Public Health.
• Prior work experience in a long-term care healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing no less than 50 pounds; more intensive physical effort may be required to assist residents.
• Fluent in English.
• Work is performed in a nursing home environment.

Pay

Hourly rate: $35.50
