About the role
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads.
Responsibilities
- providing nursing care within the LPN scope
- administering medications and treatments
- collecting and documenting patient information
- providing wound care and patient education
- monitoring patient conditions
- assisting with activities of daily living
- coordinating care with healthcare teams
Qualifications
- active LPN license
- at least 1 year of facility-based experience
- current BLS/CPR certification
- recent PPD test
- physical ability to perform job duties with or without accommodations
