About the role
This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working on a per diem basis in Hampton Roads, VA. The position is for local applicants only, with opportunities for full-time hours and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care within the LPN scope
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collecting and documenting patient information
- Providing wound care and patient education
- Monitoring patient conditions
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Coordinating care with healthcare teams
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Minimum of one year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD testing
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations
Pay
- Competitive pay of $37‑$39/hour
