About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hampton Roads, VA, working on a per diem basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collect and document patient information
- Perform wound care
- Educate patients
- Monitor and report patient condition changes
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Coordinate with healthcare team
- Adapt duties based on facility needs
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD
- Ability to meet physical requirements (no weight restrictions)
