About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem assignments in Hampton Roads, VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.
- Collect, document patient information, and monitor patient conditions.
- Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.
- Perform additional duties based on facility needs.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test
