Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role And Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.Collect, document, and monitor patient information, and report changes in patient condition.Assist with activities of daily living and provide wound care and patient education.Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.Perform additional duties based on facility needs. Qualifications And Skills Active LPN license with a minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.Recent PPD test within the last year.Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Key Duties Administer medications and treatments accurately.Monitor and report patient condition changes.Assist with patient activities and provide wound care.Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
