Per Diem LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serving in a per diem capacity within healthcare facilities in Hampton Roads. Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.Collect, document, and monitor patient information, reporting any changes in condition.Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.Perform additional duties as required by the facility. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license.Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.PPD within the last year.Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
