Per Diem LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care, monitor patient conditions, assist with activities of daily living, and coordinate care with healthcare teams. Additional duties may be assigned based on facility needs. Qualifications: Active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, PPD within the last year, and the ability to meet physical requirements of the role. Skills & Requirements: Dependability, ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and flexibility. Must meet physical demands with or without accommodation.
