Per Diem LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem positions in Hampton Roads, VA. Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.Administer medications and treatments.Collect and document patient information.Perform wound care and patient education.Monitor and report changes in patient condition.Assist with activities of daily living as needed.Coordinate care with healthcare team members.Perform additional duties based on facility needs. Qualifications And Skills Active LPN license.Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.Recent PPD or TB test.Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
