About the role
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in the Hampton Roads area. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a trusted healthcare staffing team.
Responsibilities
- providing nursing care within the LPN scope
- administering medications and treatments
- collecting and documenting patient information
- providing wound care and patient education
- monitoring and reporting patient condition changes
- assisting with activities of daily living
- coordinating care with healthcare team members
Qualifications
- active LPN license
- minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
- current BLS/CPR certification
- recent PPD
- ability to meet physical requirements
