Per Diem LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Per Diem capacity, primarily serving healthcare facilities in Hampton Roads, VA. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.Collect, document, and monitor patient information and condition changes.Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.Perform additional duties based on facility needs. Qualifications And Skills Active LPN license and minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.Recent PPD test within the last year.Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
