About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Per Diem assignments in Hampton Roads, VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.
- Collect, document, and monitor patient information and conditions.
- Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members and report patient status changes.
- Perform additional duties as required by the facility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Recent PPD test within the last year.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
